How did everyone’s week go? I worked out 4 times, so that’s an improvement! I didn’t lose weight, I actually gained 3 lbs, freaked out, then looked at the calendar and realized what time of the month it is. I did lose about half that, so it’s better than nothing! So, here’s hoping to some better results in the upcoming week!
