Im currently reading “Burial Rites” by Hannah Kent for my one of the book clubs I run. I had just finished “the centaurs wife” for my other book club, which was a miserable book where horrible things happened and I had a real hard time reading that one. So I was not looking forward to a second miserable book about a woman doomed to be executed. But despite its gloomy description I am finding Burial Rites to be hard to put down. I’m really enjoying it so far, even though it’s probably going to hurt my feelings in the end haha. Has anyone read this or plans to read it?
