Self-care Sunday to start the week off right! Can’t decide if I want to be refreshed or calmed for my face mask…but after I finish the MCAT video on the screen I’ll be done for the night, maybe do some relaxing yoga because I’m stiff, journal and continue to enjoy The Atlas Six!
