Just started an e-arc of Blood Debts by Terry J. Benton-Walker. I’m only 15% in but it’s already amazing! It comes out April 4th and is about twins who can practice generational magic. 30 years after a magical massacre in New Orleans, they find out that their mother has been cursed and try to figure out why. The book talks about generational trauma, cultural appropriation, has LGBTQ+ rep, and is overall a really great read so far! Plus, isn’t the cover awesome??
