Okay, y’all. My anxiety has been through the roof today and yesterday. I’m trying to relax in a nice hot bubble bath with an alcoholic beverage, a book, and some calming sounds in my headphones. It’s not working. Does anyone else have this problem? What do you do to relax, when you’re relaxing methods aren’t helping? At least my book is GOOD so far, so there’s that.
