Here's a peek at a non-fiction rec you'll see over in Words & Whimsy next month! Junk Science and the American Criminal Justice System has honestly been a page turner for me. It mainly focuses on the flawed "science" of bite mark analysis, but it does also touch on arson investigations and hair comparison. The author is a lawyer for the Innocence Project who has helped exonerate some of these men who were falsely convicted by "experts."
