The Chapters Tag ----- I absolutely adore being tagged in book tags as well as participating in the book tags. I wish I could take credit for creating the tag, but I can't. I browse IG in search of tags, or I have several I'm tagged in, then I bring them over to The Nest. Maybe I should create some of my own! 🤔 ----- 》short or long chapters? •I don't have a preference. I enjoy both. 》chapter names or numbers? •Both! I like it even more when there are chapter headings like quotes, references, or sayings pertaining to the world of the book itself. 》stop in the middle or at the end of a chapter? •I prefer to stop reading at the end of a chapter, though that's not always doable. 》do you check the length of your next chapter before reading? •I sometimes do, and when I do, there's always a different reason as to why I do so. 》bookmark, book jacket or dog ear? •I enjoy using bookmarks. I do sometimes use the dust jacket as a placeholder. Even though I have several bookmarks, I have one I use most often because it is my favorite. 》what's the latest you've stayed up reading? •I've stayed up way past my bedtime to finish a book. I think the last book I stayed up really late to finish was Gilt by Katherine Longshore, and I read it in one sitting. 》has "one more chapter" turned into finishing the entire book? •It most definitely has! The last book I told myself "one more chapter" was Cackle by Rachel Harrison!
