Help a sister out, y'all. I have my first ever 10k on Saturday and someone had the brilliant idea to do a team building thing this week (yesterday) - my legs are so stiff I can barely walk straight! I'm gonna try a hot Epsom salt bath, but do I try to stretch them? Leave them be and hope they're better by Saturday morning? Massage with Icy Hot?? Help!!!!!!
